Learn to run in an efficient way.
This 6/12 session running coaching package begins with a Biomechanical Analysis in which I will take video clips of your running and then use video analysis software to identify areas that can be improved within your running to reduce the risk of injury or improve your performance (or both). At this session I will also carry out a unique Functional Movement Analysis to look at any weaknesses that could be preventing you from getting the most out of your running and discuss your goals. This movement analysis will guide what strength exercises I give you to work on to get the most out of your training.
From there the remaining sessions focus on improving the areas we have identified in the analysis through unique coaching methodology using accelerated learning techniques. These sessions will be reinforced by strength, activation and mobility exercises, and you will be provided with guidance and programmes on how to practice your running technique. Finally, on completion of the sessions we will review your goals and you will receive a before & after video of your running outlining the improvements in your technique which you can use to keep you on track!

These sessions are carried out in person or virtually if you have access to a treadmill.

The sessions will follow a general format but will be adapted depending on what I see when you run, this is my style of being agile and understanding my clients needs, the general format is:
Walk/Jog Talking Discussion, Dynamic Movement Skills, Resistant Band Work, Running Technique, Debrief and Homework discussion.
You are in control of your data, this makes you the “Data Controller”, I will not share any images or video of you, without your prior written consent. When you have completed your course I will send you your Before & After video, at this point all previous images and videos are deleted.
