I approached Simon as somewhat a beginner runner - plagued by various pains I was just looking to improve my technique and run pain free. Simon helped with this and more - not only did all my niggles fade away, but I smashed my HM PB for 6 years ago. I started working with Si at the end of July and within 3 months, I ran my first 50km race without ever having run properly before! We met multiple times to improve my running form and through following his training plan, I have been running injury free and able to achieve my goals which never would've been possible without him.
