Beginner Training Plan – £45

You’ll receive WhatsApp support, allowing you to ask questions, get motivation, and stay accountable throughout your journey. This plan is perfect for runners aiming to complete a 5K, 10K, or half marathon without feeling overwhelmed.

Advanced Training Plan – £85

For experienced runners looking to push their performance, this fully customised plan is built around your current fitness level, heart rate zones, and training goals. Whether you're aiming for a PB in a 5K or preparing for a marathon or ultra, your training will be structured with specific intensity levels, long runs, speed work, and recovery sessions. The plan adapts to your race date, terrain, and lifestyle, ensuring optimal progress while minimising injury risk. With ongoing WhatsApp support, you can check in for guidance, adjustments, and motivation when needed.

Advanced Training Plan + 1:1 Coaching Call – £115

Take your training to the next level with a fully personalised plan, tailored to your heart rate, training zones, and race goals, plus a 30-minute 1:1 coaching call. This call provides the opportunity to discuss your progress, fine-tune your strategy, and get expert advice on pacing, nutrition, race-day execution, or any challenges you face. Combined with WhatsApp support, this plan offers structured guidance with personal coaching input, making it ideal for runners who want a more in-depth, hands-on approach to their training.
